About Thugs and Gendamerists
As some of you may remember, i haven’t been writing too kindly about our local governmental framework lately. Only giving you, sincere reader, a superficial glimpse of our situation here. Today we will dive a little bit deeper into this vast sea of mud, facies and periodic blood and please, keep with me here, because this might have greater implications on you as well, later on.
My first contact with the local police in the past 12 months was at home. It was between 20:00 and 21:00 pm when i decided to demolish a mirror of mine. It was actually a set of two big mirrors that i wasn’t able to remove from my wall appropriately. And i was in a particularly bad mood because of that and cursing a lot, all by myself within my own four walls at home within the legally allowed timeframe to make noise [until 22:00 pm], when i smashed them into pieces, finally removing the not so optimal vibe they were bringing into my already rather unpleasant domicile. Little did i know, that my elderly Russian neighbour would call the police. Even more unaware, that 7, yes SEVEN! policemen and women would come straight here to protect her against presumed violent behavior. They ringed on my doorbell and i, naive as i am, opened the door to explain the situation and excuse my rough craft-mannish demolition. They forced themselves into my condole, hurting me on my rips and knees while pushing me against the ground, all with no evidence but a phone call from an elderly lady. They took me, again with no legal evidence that i actually committed a crime, bare footedly into the police car to drive me into the local police headquarter. I told them that i need my keys and my shoes. One guy walked into my place, took the door key but left the shoes. They then kidnapped me overnight into the local police station. On our way to the station, one of the female officers, presumably very confident to act rightfully, started to interrogate me, while on the back of the police car. I answered somewhat like that: “All of this action has no legal groundwork to support this. I hope you enjoyed your vodka, comrade.” Trying to act tough in a very volatile situation, but somewhat not completely serious or overzealous. Later the same woman would file a legal inquiry about me insulting an official statesman. Fining me with 900€, while kidnapping me, bare footedly with no harm done or even a single law broken, let alone actual crime committed. I had to walk back home on the next day, as the police wouldn’t drive me, even after i told them i had no proper shoes on my feet. Humiliating on purpose. Very policelike.
After that incident my landlord acted on me as well, punishing me with a warning and advising me directly to move somewhere else. Back then i actually cared and answered to explained the situation. No response after that.
My second encounter with the police in the last couple of months was in cologne central area while carnival was on full display. Anyone who thinks German carnival is more like the Brazilian is dead wrong. We have hectolitres of alcohol and booze going around, people are so violently drunk, there is puke and the smell of piss everywhere and folks actually thrive the culture of cheating their partners publicly. I was in my working cloth, equipped with crafting tools, sober as always, because i abandoned the idea of drinking alcohol in general, waiting for my train back home at around 22:00 pm. All around me are masked people, seriously drunk, equipped with bottles small and large, filled with (sometimes) flammable substances. The police wasn’t even trying to get order into this chaos. Both entrances to the central station were wide open with no officers controlling the in and output. I was on the lower level, leaning against a pillar, waiting for the last 15 minutes to get my train, when a group of order servicemen (a privately funded group of people to support the police) imposing dominance by walking by me so close, that i could smell the bad cologne of the closest guy. I turned around after they passed, shook my head and laughed, as the whole situation was so chaotic, there was nothing to be proud of. Only to see a second group of 4 men, this time actual policemen, walking the same way as the other guys. There were literally HUNDREDS of masked, drunk people, some even on first glace to be spotted as actual criminals. But these guys walked straight at me to control my backpack and make an ID Check. The pretty much only sober person in the whole station, who had no ambition of going anywhere, suited in workers clothing and no mask. I asked them if they are actually serious and they replied to follow them into central station Police-HQ for further questioning. I did comply with no resistance, suspecting bad things ahead. On our way one the guys tried to open my backpack, while this still being on my back and i turned around to ask what the hell he is doing. The other officers judged this action alone as resistance against states force and pushed me onto the ground. Four Officers, all of them equipped with bodycams would later file a report and inquiry that i actually resisted violently. I wonder what happened to the body cam footage, as they were already checking the footage in the station. This time i was (only) a little more than 4 hours in their custody. In the meantime there was an actual murder right above us, committed by a violent drunkard who stabbed someone in an argument. The police station was brimming with personal just lurking around and hoping for better payment i guess, because inside the station there is little means for crowd control. On the outside however, absolute carnage.
To those of you who don’t now how a democratic system works, here is a little insight into ours: To counter fascism the federal states power was separated into Legislative (political parties agreeing on legal groundwork, legislations etc.), Judicative (Justice Systems that uses the former framework to make transparent and efficient decisions to judge criminals or sophisticated cases) and Executive (Police officers who would be called onto crime scenes to bring potential suspects into custody). As i can prove first-handedly that not just one but two independent acting executive forces are trying to impose dominance through weaponizing the justice system, it is now evident that they don’t just know how our political system actually works, no, they are kicking the can to the other parts of the trio and trying to make them do the job for them. To file an inquiry as a police officer against citizens (especially in this constellation) is so out of touch with reality, you are left to wonder how they even ended up in this position. Justice Departments NEED able Police Officers, who don’t just know the law but also abide it at all times. And these clowns have no f**king idea about any of that. Concluding: Our “official legal” Executive is more like a bunch of thugs and wannabe gangsters, than actually state serving personal.
Ever since the foundation of the EU Bureaucratic Apparatus the Situation has increasingly deteriorated. Some industries have so many rules to abide to, that they are literally forced out of business or to move to i.e. china. Other industries, the alcoholic beverage industry, the clubbing scene, the legal prostitution, including the medical sector and medical product industry that go along them, as well as pharmacy industry including their share holders are having golden times. Immensely powerful internationally acting concern conglomerates with free trade frameworks are literally allowed to do anything they like. For a predominantly female lead political system is no protection in economic intercourse with other economic zones also pretty irresponsible and some might even say hypocritic. A since 2015 regularly asked question is: How is an overly regulatory body like the EU so blind about Immigration of millions of unlearned cultural aliens? Psych – They aren’t, they just abandoned the idea of teaching people how to think and act on their own in general and doubled down on the idea of cheap slave labour for their lobbyist groupes.
This system has forgotten it’s roots and its responsibility to the native population, especially in an post fascistic world in which we are supposed to live in. Rest assured that these people don’t intimidate me, but even with full prejudice and preparation there is an obvious writing on the wall. I won’t have the numbers to counter this madness and can therefore pretty accurately assume that i am not long for this world anymore.

In both events the officers were aware of an previous incident that happened back in 2019. In an attempt series to kill myself i ended up burning myself to death. Absolut madness from my todays point of view, but back then i used to be even more depressed and self destructive than today. I may be a moron, but that said: By law the justice and executive systems are being held responsible to delete events like this after 5 years, especially if there is no other event in the meantime and no other people were permanently harmed. In 2024 I asked for an official document to prove future employers, that there were no incidents that would speak against me. The document stated, that there are no incidents whatsoever, implying that the data was indeed deleted. But now i know for certain, that these documents are full of s**t, that these events are permanently stored and kept in archives. The executive and justice system are therefore not subject of the law from their own point of view, rendering the idea of a law in general, completely useless. If not everybody is subject of the law, then it is no law but a weaponized suppression trick preying on the naivety of the civil population.
